Modernization:

• Repla­ce­ment of the mecha­ni­cal cur­ve grin­ding device. The cur­ve grin­ding device is repla­ced by a CNC con­trol­led adjus­t­ment. Con­sis­ting of ser­vo motor, ball screw and adjus­t­ment wedge, the move­ment is trans­fer­red to the til­ting sup­port. A Sinu­me­rik 840D CNC con­trol with addi­tio­nal soft­ware – grin­ding – con­trols the adjus­t­ment. Menus stored in the con­trol sys­tem allow easy para­me­ter­iza­ti­on of the various cur­ve shapes.
